R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T ERMINATION OF W ATER Q UALITY F ILTRATION B ASIN
M AINTENANCE A GREEMENT FOR F RETHAM 23 RD (A10182324)
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from a Fretham 23rd Property Owner to terminate the
Agreement Regarding Water Quality Treatment Ponds, dated April 15, 2015, and recorded on January
16, 2015, as Document Number A10182324 in the office of County Recorder of Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the petition has gone through the review process established by the
Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Department has determined that the petition is eligible and
meets all the necessary requirements of the Plymouth Pond Maintenance Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the petition to terminate the water quality filtration basin maintenance agreement
for Fretham 23rd is granted and the water quality filtration basin maintenance agreement for Fretham
23rd is terminated.
