Special Council Meeting
June 28, 2022
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Medicine
Lake Room of Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on June 28, 2022.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Carroll, Davis, Prom, Roehl, and
McGregor.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL ABSENT: None.
PLYMOUTH STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Deputy City Manager Solano, Community and
Economic Development Director Parr, Public Works Director Thompson, Public Safety Director Fadden,
Fire Chief Coppa, Park and Recreation Director Tomlinson, Interim Human Resources Director Moreen,
Planning Manager McGuire, Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer LaBounty, Housing and
Economic Development Manager Pohlman, Finance Manager Rhode, Assistant Finance Manager Larson,
and City Clerk/Administrative Coordinator Gallup.
2023 Budget Workshop
Callister provided an introduction to the 2023 budget planning process. Department Directors provided a
high level summary of each department’s goals and foreseen challenges for 2023.
The meeting recessed at 6:51 p.m. to move to the regular City Council meeting.
The meeting reconvened at 8:30 p.m.
Council members each provided feedback on how they would like the budget process to be conducted
and what topics they would like additional information on.
Future Study Sessions
The following meeting change was made:
Add City Manager Quarterly update after the August 16 regular meeting.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 9:06 p.m.
