R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-162
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A CQUISITION OF E ASEMENT AT
1150 E VERGREEN L ANE FOR THE
H IDDEN L AKE AND B EACON H EIGHTS 2 ND S TREET R ECONSTRUCTION P ROJECT (ST229001)
WHEREAS, the City requires permanent easements for construction of improvements with the
Hidden Lake and Beacon Heights 2nd Reconstruction Project (ST229001); and
WHEREAS, Heather Procopio and Antonio Procopio, are grantors “Owner” of real property

located within the City of Plymouth as legally described as that part of Lot 3, Block 1, Hidden Lake 2
Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the owner and seller have agreed to grant the City permanent easement over a
portion of the property located at 1150 Evergreen Lane legally described within the Grant of Permanent
Easement document (the “Easement”); and
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to pay the Owner $5,500.00 as compensation in full for their
granting the permanent easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the permanent easement and payment of $5,500.00 to the Owner are approved.
