R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-161
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING “N O P ARKING” R ESTRICTIONS FOR 45 TH A VENUE N ORTH
BETWEEN B ROCKTON L ANE N ORTH AND A LVARADO L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, access to the neighborhood is difficult on 45th Avenue North, between Brockton
Lane North and Alvarado Lane North, with vehicles from Hamel Legion Park in Medina parking on both
sides of 45th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, to provide for the orderly movement of traffic and provide for the safety of the
public, staff is recommending that “No Parking” signage be placed on both sides of 45th Avenue North;
and
WHEREAS, residents in the neighborhood have presented City Staff a petition in support of the
parking restriction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the installation of “No Parking” signage is authorized on both sides of 45th Avenue
North, between Brockton Lane North and Alvarado Lane North.
