Concurrent Meeting with Planning Commission
May 10, 2022
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. in the Council
Chambers of Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on May 10, 2022.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Carroll, Prom, Roehl, Davis, and
McGregor.
PLYMOUTH COUNCIL ABSENT: None.
PLYMOUTH STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Public Works Director Thompson, Engineer Services
Manager McKenzie, Public Safety Director Fadden, Fire Chief Coppa, Interim Director Park and
Recreation Northway, Deputy Director Park and Recreation Thomlinson, Planning Manager McGuire,
Senior Planner Berglund, Senior Planner Drill, Building Official Jenkins, and City Clerk/Administrative
Coordinator Gallup.
PLANNING COMMISSION PRESENT: Oakley, Anderson, Gregor, and Pointner.
PLANNING COMMISSION ABSENT: Boo, Olson, and Saba.
Luedke Properties Sketch Plan Review
Senior Planner Berglund presented a sketch plan for the Luedke Property at 17800 and 17910 County
Road 47 and PID No. 06‐118‐22‐11‐001 submitted by Alliant Engineering/David Weekley Homes.
Aziz Siddiqui with David Weekly Homes provided additional details on the sketch plan.
The Council and Planning Commissioners asked questions and provided feedback on the sketch plan.
Conceptual Sketch for Potential Redevelopment of the Prudential Site
Senior Planner Drill introduced a conceptual sketch plan for the potential redevelopment of the
Prudential site at 13001 County Road 10 submitted by Scannell Properties and Roers Companies.
Dan Salzer with Scannell Properties and Jeff Koch with Roers Companies provided background
information on their companies. Ryan Sommers with RSP Architects provided details on the conceptual
sketch plan for the Prudential site.
The Council and Planning Commissioners asked questions and provided feedback on the sketch plan.
