R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-159
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING “N O P ARKING” R ESTRICTIONS FOR
P ROPOSED 47 TH A VENUE N ORTH AND C OMSTOCK L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, a 47th Avenue North, between Holly Lane North and Garland Lane North is being
proposed as part of the Hollydale Development; and
WHEREAS, a Comstock Lane North, between 48th Avenue North and 49th Place North is being
proposed as part of the Hollydale Development; and
WHEREAS, the standard 28-foot wide roadway is being proposed to accommodate two way
traffic; and
WHEREAS, movement will need to be maintained, including for larger vehicles, including
emergency vehicles; and
WHEREAS, to provide for the orderly movement of traffic and provide for the safety of the
public, the City Engineer has recommended that “No Parking” signs be placed along 47th Avenue North,
between Holly Lane North and Garland Lane North; and along Comstock Lane North, between 48th
Avenue North and 49th Place North as part of the proposed Hollydale development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the installation of “No Parking” signs is authorized on both sides of 47th Avenue
North, between Holly Lane North and Garland Lane North; and on both sides of Comstock Lane North,
between 48th Avenue North and 49th Place North, within the Hollydale development.
