R ESOLUTION A PPROVING F INDINGS OF F ACT FOR A MENDING
THE Z ONING O RDINANCE T EXT RELATED TO P LYMOUTH S TATION PUD
F OR P ROPERTY L OCATED AT 16895 C OUNTY R OAD 24 (2021055)
WHEREAS, JPMorgan Chase Bank has requested a PUD (Planned Unit Development) amendment to
allow a drive-up ATM for Chase Bank located at 16895 County Road 24; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 1799,
Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Zoning Ordinance requires a text amendment for a PUD amendment; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and
recommended approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance text.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does support and approve the request by JPMorgan Chase Bank for a
PUD amendment and related Zoning Ordinance text amendment, based on the following findings:
1. The amendment is consistent with the objectives of the City’s comprehensive plan.
2. The amendment would not affect the purposes or intent of the PUD.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day of May, 2022.
