HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2022-139 C ITY OF P LYMOUTH R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-139 R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A PUD A MENDMENT FOR JPM ORGAN C HASE B ANK L OCATED AT 16895 C OUNTY R OAD 24 (2021055) WHEREAS, JPMorgan Chase Bank has requested approval of a PUD (Planned Unit Development) amendment to allow a drive-up ATM for Chase Bank located at 16895 County Road 24; and WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as Tract B, Registered Land Survey No. 1799, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by JPMorgan Chase Bank for a PUD amendment for the site located at 16895 County Road 24, subject to the following conditions: 1. A PUD amendment for site modifications is approved in accordance with the plans received by the City on July 14, 2021, with additional information on August 9, 2021, December 15, 2021, February 2, 2022, February 7, 2022, and February 14, 2022, except as may be amended by this resolution. 2. All conditions of previous resolutions approving the Plymouth Station PUD and any amendments relating to Plymouth Station shall remain in full force, except as may be specifically amended by this resolution. 3. Prior to commencement of the work, the applicant shall obtain the appropriate permits from the Building Division and sign permit. 4. Prior to issuance of the building permit, the applicant shall fulfill the requirements, submit the required information, and revise the plans as indicated below, consistent with the applicable City code, zoning ordinance, and engineering guidelines: a. Obtain City approval of final construction plans. b. Obtain City Fire Department approval of final construction plans. c. Revise the plans to meet accessible parking requirements. 5. The operation shall be responsible for litter control within 300 feet of the premises and litter control is to occur on a daily basis. Trash receptacles must be provided at a convenient location on site to facilitate litter control. 6. The facility’s public address system shall not be audible from any adjacent residentially zoned or guided property and shall comply with Section 21105.10 of this Chapter. 7. No alcoholic beverages may be sold or served in the drive-through lane. Resolution 2022-139 (2021055) Page 2 8. Standard Conditions: a. The site shall remain in conformance with section 2025 of the City code regarding noise regulations. b. Compliance with the City’s lighting regulations. c. Any signage shall comply with section 21155 of the zoning ordinance and shall receive sign permits if required. d. Compliance with City’s landscaping regulations. e. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per ordinance provisions. APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day of May, 2022.
