R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-131
R ESOLUTION O RDERING I MPROVEMENT FOR THE
P INEVIEW L ANE AND P LUM T REE E AST R EHABILITATION P ROJECT (ST229002)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the 8th day of March, 2022, which fixed a
date for the council hearing on the proposed improvement of the streets of Pineview Lane between
53rd Avenue N and County Road 61, or Northwest Boulevard and Plum Tree Area of 45th Avenue, 46th
Avenue, 48th Avenue, Jewel Lane, Jewel Court, Inland Court, Kimberly Court, Merrimac Lane, Merrimac
Court, Narcissus Lane and Narcissus Court by mill and overlay of streets, full depth reclamation of
streets, preventative maintenance of utilities, trail replacement, trail construction, and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, a minimum of 10 days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing
was given and the hearing was held thereon the 26th day of April, 2022, at which all persons desiring to
be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted April 26th,
2022.
2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the
improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond or other identified sources for this
project.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 26th day of April, 2022.
