R ESOLUTION A PPROVING L AWFUL G AMBLING A PPLICATION OF
W AYZATA Y OUTH H OCKEY A SSOCIATION AT
N ORTHERN T APHOUSE - P LYMOUTH, 220 C ARLSON P ARKWAY N ORTH
WHEREAS, the Wayzata Youth Hockey Association (WYHA) has submitted a premise permit
application to conduct lawful gambling at Northern Taphouse - Plymouth, 220 Carlson Parkway North; and
WHEREAS, this organization and the location meet the requirements of Section 1105 of the Plymouth
City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the lawful gambling application of Wayzata Youth Hockey Association at Northern
Taphouse - Plymouth, 220 Carlson Parkway North is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of April, 2022.
