R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-106
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING R EIMBURSEMENT A GREEMENT WITH
THE C ITY OF M EDINA AND THE C ITY OF C ORCORAN FOR THE
C OUNTY R OAD 47 R ECONSTRUCTION P ROJECT – P HASE 1 (ST220001)
WHEREAS, Phase 1 of the County Road 47 Reconstruction Project includes installation of a new
traffic signal “Signal Improvements” at the intersection of County Road 47 and County Road 101 as well
improvements to Hackamore Road west of County Road 101 “Hackamore Improvements”; and
WHEREAS, the jurisdiction of Hackamore Road is shared between the City of Medina and the
City of Corcoran; and
WHEREAS, a Reimbursement Agreement has been prepared with the City of Medina and the
City of Corcoran in which they agree to reimburse the City of Plymouth for the cost of the Hackamore
Improvements and one-fourth of the cost of the Signal Improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Reimbursement Agreement between the Cities of Plymouth, Medina, and
Corcoran for the County Road 47 Reconstruction Project – Phase 1 is approved and the Mayor and City
Manager are authorized to execute the agreement and any amendments to the agreement.
