CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 2022-101
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PRECINCT BOUNDARIES FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the legislature of the State of Minnesota has been redistricted; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.14 requires that precinct boundaries must be reestablished
within 60 days of when the legislature has been redistricted or at least 19 weeks before the state
primary election, whichever comes first.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the following precincts are hereby established:
Precinct 1: Beginning at the intersection of Peony Lane and Schmidt Lake Road, then easterly
along Schmidt Lake Road to Garland Lane, then northerly along Garland Lane to 51st Avenue, then
northeasterly along 51st Avenue to Dunkirk Lane, then northerly along Dunkirk Lane to County Road 47,
then easterly along County Road 47 to Vicksburg Lane, then northerly along Vicksburg Lane to the city
limits, then westerly along the city limits to County Road 101 and the westerly city limits, then southerly
along the city limits to State Highway 55, then southeasterly along State Highway 55 to the CP Railroad
tracks, then easterly along the CP Railroad tracks to Peony Lane, then northerly along Peony Lane to the
point of beginning.
Precinct 2: Beginning at the intersection of Peony Lane and Schmidt Lake Road, then easterly
along Schmidt Lake Road to Garland Lane, then northerly along Garland Lane to 51st Avenue, then
northeasterly along 51st Avenue to Dunkirk Lane, then northerly along Dunkirk Lane to County Road 47,
then easterly along County Road 47 to Vicksburg Lane, then southerly along Vicksburg Lane to Old
Rockford Road, then northwesterly along Old Rockford Road to Peony Lane, then northerly along Peony
Lane to the point of beginning.
Precinct 3: Beginning at the intersection of the CP Railroad tracks and Vicksburg Lane, then
easterly along the CP Railroad tracks to the westerly boundary of the Robbinsdale school district, then
southerly along the school district line to Fernbrook Lane, then southerly along Fernbrook Lane to
County Road 9, then westerly along County Road 9 to Old Rockford Road, then northwesterly along Old
Rockford Road to Vicksburg Lane, then northerly along Vicksburg Lane to the point of beginning.
Precinct 4: Beginning at the intersection of State Highway 55 and the CP Railroad tracks, then
northwesterly along State Highway 55 to the city limits, then southerly along the city limits to Medina
Road, then southeasterly along Medina Road to County Road 101, then northerly along County Road
101 to State Highway 55, then southeasterly along State Highway 55 to Vicksburg Lane, then northerly
along Vicksburg Lane to Old Rockford Road, then northwesterly along Old Rockford Road to Peony Lane,
then northerly along Peony Lane to the CP Railroad tracks, then westerly along the CP Railroad tracks to
the point of beginning.
Precinct 5: Beginning at the intersection of Old Rockford Road and Vicksburg Lane, then
southeasterly along Old Rockford Road to County Road 9, then easterly along County Road 9 to

Fernbrook Lane, then southerly along Fernbrook Lane to 34th Avenue, then westerly along 34th Avenue
to Plymouth Boulevard, then southerly along Plymouth Boulevard to State Highway 55, then
northwesterly along State Highway 55 to Vicksburg Lane, then northerly along Vicksburg Lane to the
point of beginning.
Precinct 6: Beginning at the intersection of the westerly city limits and Medina Road, then
southerly along the city limits to Brockton Lane, then southeasterly along Brockton Lane to 24th Avenue,
then southeasterly along 24th Avenue to 25th Avenue, then easterly along 25th Avenue to Shadyview
Lane, then easterly along Shadyview Lane to Troy Lane, then northerly along Troy Lane to 26th Avenue,
then easterly along 26th Avenue to County Road 101, then northerly along County Road 101 to County
Road 24, then northeasterly along County Road 24 to State Highway 55, then northwesterly along State
Highway 55 to County Road 101, then southerly along County Road 101 to Medina Road, then
northwesterly along Medina Road to the point of beginning.
Precinct 7: Beginning at the intersection of State Highway 55 and Vicksburg Lane, then southerly
along Vicksburg Lane to County Road 6, then westerly along County Road 6 to County Road 101, then
northerly along County Road 101 to County Road 24, then northeasterly along County Road 24 to State
Highway 55, then southeasterly along State Highway 55 to the point of beginning.
Precinct 8: Beginning at the intersection of State Highway 55 and Vicksburg Lane, then southerly
along Vicksburg Lane to the Luce Line Trail, then easterly along the Luce Line Trail to Interstate 494, then
northerly along Interstate 494 to State Highway 55, then northwesterly along State Highway 55 to the
point of beginning.
Precinct 9: Beginning at the intersection of County Road 101 and 26th Avenue, then southerly
along County Road 101 to the city limits, then westerly along the southerly city limits the westerly city
limits, then northerly along the westerly city limits to Brockton Lane, then southeasterly along Brockton
Lane to 24th Avenue, then southeasterly along 24th Avenue to 25th Avenue, then easterly along 25th
Avenue to Urbandale Lane, then easterly along Urbandale Lane to Troy Lane, then northerly along Troy
Lane to 26th Avenue, then easterly along 26th Avenue to the point of beginning.
Precinct 10: Beginning at the intersection of County Road 101 and County Road 6, then
southerly along County Road 101 to the southerly city limits, then easterly along the city limits to
Interstate 494, then northerly along Interstate 494 to the Luce Line Trail, then westerly along the Luce
Line Trail to Vicksburg Lane, then northerly along Vicksburg Lane to County Road 6, then westerly along
County Road 6 to point of beginning.
Precinct 11: Beginning at the intersection of Plymouth Boulevard and State Highway 55, then
northerly along Plymouth Boulevard to 34th Avenue, then easterly along 34th Avenue to Fernbrook
Lane, then northerly along Fernbrook Lane to County Road 9, then easterly along County Road 9 to
Zachary Lane, then southerly along Zachary Lane to 36th Avenue, then westerly along 36th Avenue to
the end of 36th Avenue, then westerly to the northwesterly corner of the easterly portion of PID
2311822210045, then southerly following the westerly boundary of the easterly portion of PID

Precinct 17: Beginning at the intersection of Vicksburg Lane and the CP Railroad tracks, then

Parkway, then southerly along Cheshire Parkway to the northern boundary or the Robbinsdale school

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the precinct boundaries shall commence to be effective for the
August 9, 2022 State Primary Election.
