RESOLUTION NO. 2022-087
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED AND RESTATED STORMWATER AGREEMENT FOR FREE
LUTHERAN THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY CORPORATION
WHEREAS, Free Lutheran Theological Seminary Corporation concluded a Storm Water
Agreement with the City of Plymouth in November of 2019; and
WHEREAS, the stormwater system design changed during project construction; and
WHEREAS, the owner’s property is legally described as:
AFLS Addition Lot 002 Block 001; and
WHEREAS, the amended and restated stormwater agreement requires the property
owner to perform maintenance of the stormwater pond and underground filtration system.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the amended and restated stormwater agreement for Free Lutheran Theological
Seminary Corporation is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 22nd day of March, 2022.
