RESOLUTION NO. 2022-086
RESOLUTION APPROVING STORM WATER AGREEMENT FOR BUSCH LAND LLC
WHEREAS, Busch Land LLC received approval of a Variance at 4035/4045 County Road 101; and
WHEREAS, the owner’s property is legally described as:
The South 160 feet of the North 193 feet of the West 408.41 feet of the East 751.41 feet
of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 118 North,
Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, within Hennepin County Minnesota (4035
County Road 101);
AND
Commencing on the East line of the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter at a point 238.7 feet South from the Northeast corner thereof,
thence West 208.7 feet, thence North 238.7 feet, thence West to the Northwest corner
thereof, thence South to a point distant 2 rods South from the Northwest corner of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, thence East to the East line thereof,
thence North to the point of beginning, excluding road, Section 18, Township 118 North,
Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, within Hennepin County, Minnesota (4045
County Road 101); and
WHEREAS, the storm water agreement requires the property owner to perform
maintenance of the ‘rainwater reuse system’ which is located in the east greenhouse.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the storm water agreement for Busch Land LLC is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 22nd day of March, 2022.
