RESOLUTION NO. 2022-085
RESOLUTION APPROVING STORM WATER AGREEMENT FOR REINHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS, Buhler Inc., Solutran Properties LLC, and Quadion LLC have developed a common
storm water system at 13305 12th Avenue North, 13105 12th Avenue North and 1100 Xenium Lane
North; and
WHEREAS, the owner’s property is legally described as:
Lot 1, Block 1, Reinhard Industrial Park; and
WHEREAS, the stormwater agreement requires the property owners to perform
maintenance of the filtration basin and sedimentation pond.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the storm water agreement for Reinhard Industrial Park is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 22nd day of March, 2022.
