C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-079
R ESOLUTION A MENDING THE 2022-2031 C APITAL I MPROVEMENT P LAN
WHEREAS, the Council annually establishes and approves a ten year capital improvement plan;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved the proposed 2022-2031 Capital Improvement
Plan for the City of Plymouth on December 1, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed 2022-2031 Capital
Improvement Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Council approved the 2022-2031 Capital Improvement Plan on December 14,
2021; and
WHEREAS, the Capital Improvement Plan involved budgeted City Project ST-23-0003 and
unfunded City Project ST-29-0005; and
WHEREAS, updates to City Projects ST-23-0003 and ST-29-0005 are necessary to apply for
various grants and outside funding sources; and
WHEREAS, adding contemplated improvements at Station 73 into the CIP via City Project ST-26-
0001 is necessary to apply for various grants and outside funding sources.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the 2022-2031 Capital Improvement Program is amended to include updated project
summary sheets for project ST-23-0003 and project ST-29-0005 as well as to include new project
summary for project ST-26-0001.
