R ESOLUTION A PPROVING W INE AND O N-S ALE 3.2 P ERCENT M ALT L IQUOR
L ICENSE A PPLICATIONS OF B REW P ARK P LYMOUTH, LLC D/B/A B REW P ARK,
2605 F ERNBROOK L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, Brew Park Plymouth, LLC d/b/a Brew Park, 2605 Fernbrook Lane North, has
submitted applications for Wine and On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor for a restaurant located at 2605
Fernbrook Lane North; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Wine and On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License applications of Brew Park
Plymouth, LLC d/b/a Brew Park, 2605 Fernbrook Lane North, are approved for a license period that will
expire January 31, 2023.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the City receiving all documentation
as required in the liquor license application.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 8th day of March, 2022.
