R ESOLUTION A PPROVING M EMORANDUM OF U NDERSTANDING AND
A CQUISITION OF E ASEMENTS FROM L EONARD AND J UDY L UEDKE
C OUNTY R OAD 47 R ECONSTRUCTION – P HASE 1 P ROJECT (ST220001)
WHEREAS, the city requires permanent and temporary easements for construction of improvements
with the County Road 47 Reconstruction Phase - 1 Project (ST220001); and
WHEREAS, Leonard and Judy Luedke, are grantors “Owners” of real property located within the City
of Plymouth as legally described in the attached easement documents and identified as Parcel IDs
0611822120001, 0611822110002, and 0611822110001; and
WHEREAS, the owner and seller have agreed to grant the City permanent and temporary easements
for construction over, across, on, and under a portion of the subject properties for public roadways,
trail/sidewalk, drainage and utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the city has agreed to pay the Owners $185,000 as compensation in full for their granting
the permanent and temporary easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the memorandum of understanding, acquisition of permanent and temporary easements,
and payment of $185,000 to the Owners are hereby approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 8th day of March, 2022.
