R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-061
R ESOLUTION O RDERING P RELIMINARY E NGINEERING R EPORT FOR THE
P INEVIEW L ANE AND P LUM T REE E AST R EHABILITATION P ROJECT (ST229002)
WHEREAS, the 2022-2031 Capital Improvement Program made recommendations for the
Pineview Lane and Plum Tree East Rehabilitation Project; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to determine the work
required on each street recommended to be considered for the Pineview Lane and Plum Tree East
Rehabilitation Project (ST229002); and
WHEREAS, the recommended project area includes Pineview Lane between 53rd Avenue and
County Road 61 (Northwest Boulevard); and the Plum Tree East neighborhood east of Peony Lane, north
of Old Rockford Road, west of Holly Lane, and south of the Canadian Pacific Railroad, including 45th
Avenue, 46th Avenue, 48th Avenue, Jewel Lane, Jewel Court, Inland Court, Kimberly Court, Merrimac
Lane, Merrimac Court, Narcissus Lane and Narcissus Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is hereby instructed to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report
with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed
improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with
some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
