FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXEMPTION
FOR MINNESOTA CHAPTER #18 TELEPHONE PIONEERS
WHEREAS, notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption have been submitted to the City by
Minnesota Chapter #18 Telephone Pioneers for a raffle to be conducted on January 7, 2000.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawful Gambling Exemption for Minnesota Chapter #18 Telephone
Pioneers for an event at U.S. West Office Building, 9700 Schmidt Lake Road, on January 7,
2000. The City further waives the 30-day approval waiting period.
Adopted by the City Council on January 4, 2000.
