APPROVING 2000 FEE INCREASES AND AMENDED CONTRACT FOR
LEGAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY CAMPBELL KNUTSON
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Plymouth, Minnesota, that the 2000 fee
increases for the legal services provided by Campbell Knutson are hereby approved, and
the contract dated February 1, 1999 is hereby amended as follows:

Council meetings
*Monthly retainer
2000 Rate
$109/hour
$119/hour

Council meeting attendance is rate indicated until 11 :00 p.m., and then regular hourly rate
thereafter.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on January 4, 2000.
