R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-053
R ESOLUTION O RDERING I MPROVEMENT FOR THE
H IDDEN L AKE AND B EACON H EIGHTS 2 ND
S TREET R ECONSTRUCTION P ROJECT (ST229001)
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the 14th day of December, 2021, which
fixed a date for the council hearing on the proposed improvement of the streets north of Highway 55,
west of West Medicine Lake Drive, and south and east of and including Larch Lane by reconstruction of
streets, installation of concrete curb and gutter, water main, storm sewer, repairs to the sanitary sewer,
and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, a minimum of 10 days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing
was given and the hearing was held thereon the 22nd day of February, 2022, at which all persons
desiring to be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted February, 22,
2022.
2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the
improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond or other identified sources for this
project.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 22nd day of February, 2022.
