R ESOLUTION A PPROVING R ENEWAL OF C ONSUMPTION AND D ISPLAY P ERMIT
FOR S AMARKAND R ESTAURANT LLC
D/B/A S AMARKAND R ESTAURANT, 16 N ATHAN L ANE N ORTH
WHEREAS, City Code 1201.07 allows Consumption and Display Permits to be issued to a business
establishment or bottle club; and
WHEREAS, Samarkand Restaurant LLC, dba Samarkand Restaurant, has applied to renew their
Consumption and Display Permit and paid the application fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the renewal of the Consumption and Display Permit for Samarkand Restaurant LLC for
the license period of April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023 is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 22nd day of February, 2022.
