R ESOLUTION A PPROVING L AWFUL G AMBLING A PPLICATION OF
P LYMOUTH L IONS AT F LIPPIN D OUGH LLC, D/B/A
TH
B ROADWAY P IZZA P LYMOUTH, 13705 27 A VENUE N ORTH
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Lions have submitted a premise permit application and lease agreement to
th
conduct lawful gambling at Flippin Dough LLC, dba Broadway Pizza Plymouth, 13705 27 Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, this organization and the location meet the requirements of Section 1105 of the Plymouth
City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the lawful gambling application of Plymouth Lions at Flippin Dough LLC, dba Broadway
Pizza Plymouth, 13705 27th Ave North is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 22nd day of February, 2022.
