R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-023
R ESOLUTION O RDERING P RELIMINARY E NGINEERING R EPORT FOR THE
2022 V ICKSBURG L ANE I MPROVEMENTS (ST229005)
WHEREAS, the 2022-2031 Capital Improvement Program made recommendations for the 2022
Vicksburg Lane Improvements; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to undertake a Preliminary Engineering Report to determine the work
required on each street recommended to be considered for the 2022 Vicksburg Lane Improvements
(ST229005); and

WHEREAS, Vicksburg Lane between Highway 55 and Old Rockford Road and 38 Avenue west of
Vicksburg Lane is the recommended project area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the City Engineer is hereby instructed to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report
with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed
improvements are feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with
some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvements as recommended.
