R ESOLUTION N O. 2022-017
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING C OOPERATIVE A GREEMENT WITH H ENNEPIN C OUNTY FOR THE
F ERNBROOK L ANE M ILL AND O VERLAY P ROJECT (ST189002)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth constructed a mill and overlay project on Fernbrook Lane from
34th Avenue to Schmidt Lake Road; and
WHEREAS, the project included Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades to pedestrian
ramps, installation of Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS); and other improvements to the intersection of
Rockford Road (County State Aid Highway 9) and Fernbrook Lane; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth desires to enter into cooperative agreement PW 26-17-18 with
Hennepin County for the constructed improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Agreement No. PW 26-17-18 between the City of Plymouth and Hennepin County is
approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement and any
Amendments to the Agreement.
