CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 2022-004
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT OF THE
MUNICIPAL LEGISLATIVE COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Section 471.59 permits two or more governmental units, by
agreement of their governing bodies, to jointly and cooperatively exercise any power common to each of
them; and
WHEREAS, the parties have entered into this Joint and Cooperative Agreement of the Municipal
Legislative Commission to develop programs on matters of mutual concern and interest and to identify,
review, and actively oppose proposals which may be in conflict with the interest of the members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the amendments to the joint and cooperative agreement of the Municipal Legislative
Commission are approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 11th day of January, 2022.
