Special Council Meeting
December 14, 2021
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. on December
14, 2021.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Davis, Willis, Carroll, McGregor, Prom, and Roehl.
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Deputy City Manager Solano, Deputy Public Works Director/City
Engineer LaBounty, Community and Economic Development Director Parr, Senior Planner Sommers,
Parks and Recreation Director Evans, Recreation Manager Kemp, Public Safety Director Fadden, Fire Chief
Coppa, Human Resources Director Kone, and City Clerk/Administrative Coordinator Gallup.
PLANNING COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Pointner, Anderson, Boo, and Saba.
Update on the County Road 73 Area Study – Redevelopment Concept
Council reviewed key findings from the County Road 73 Area Study and three redevelopment concepts.
Council and Planning Commissioners provided feedback to the consultant on each of the concepts.
Future Study Sessions
The Council made the following changes to future study session topics:
Switched the January study sessions to discuss redistricting on January 11 and review the Four
Seasons Mall development proposal on January 25.
Added a special meeting on February 22 from 5-7 p.m. to hold the annual Board and
Commission recognition event.
Scheduled the environmental education discussion for March 8 at 5 p.m.
Scheduled the restaurant pick-up lane discussion for March 22 at 5:30 p.m.
Plymouth Rockers Performance
The Council heard a performance from the Plymouth Rockers.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:50 p.m.
