C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-330
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING 2022 R EFUSE H AULER L ICENSES
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for 2022 Refuse Hauler Licenses; and
WHEREAS, all applicants meet the organic collection requirements adopted in Resolution 2021-108,
modifying Ordinance No. 2021-07, requiring haulers to offer curb side organics collection; and
WHEREAS, all license fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Refuse Hauler Licenses are approved for the following for the period January 1 through
December 31, 2022:
1. Ace Solid Waste, Inc.
2. Anderson’s Dumpster Box Service, Inc.
3. Aspen Waste Systems of MN Inc.
4. Buckingham Companies
5. Curbside Waste, Inc.
6. Dick’s Sanitation Service, Inc.
7. Keith Krupenny & Son Disposal Service, Inc.
8. Le Page and Sons, Inc.
9. Lightning Disposal, Inc.
10. Nitti Sanitation, Inc.
11. Randy’s Sanitation, Inc. a Republic Services Company
12. Republic Services, Inc.
13. Suburban Waste Services
14. Twin City Refuse and Recycling, Inc.
15. Walter’s Recycling and Refuse, Inc.
16. Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 14th day of December, 2021.
