R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T OBACCO L ICENSE A PPLICATION FOR
P LYMOUTH T OBACCO & E C IG I NC D/B/A P LYMOUTH T OBACCO & E C IG,
16605 C OUNTY R OAD 24, S UITE #203
WHEREAS, Plymouth Tobacco & E Cig Inc d/b/a Plymouth Tobacco & E Cig, has submitted a
tobacco license for Plymouth Tobacco & E Cig located at 16605 County Road 24, Suite #203; and
WHEREAS, the license fee of $300 has been received and staff has found no reason to deny the
license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the tobacco license application submitted by Plymouth Tobacco & E Cig Inc for
Plymouth Tobacco & E Cig located at 16605 County Road 24, Suite #203 is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 14th day of December, 2021.
