R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-321
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING “N O P ARKING” R ESTRICTIONS FOR P ROPOSED 37 TH P LACE
WHEREAS, a 37th Place is being proposed as part of the Parkera Development on the old
Dundee Landscaping and Nursery site; and
WHEREAS, The standard 28’ wide roadway is being proposed to accommodate two way traffic;
and
WHEREAS, movement will need to be maintained, including for larger vehicles, including
emergency vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the development has been designed to provide adequate off-street parking, and no
other properties adjacent to the future 37th Place would be reliant upon on-street parking; and
WHEREAS, to provide for the orderly movement of traffic and provide for the safety of the
public, the City Engineer has recommended that “No Parking” signs be placed along 37th Place as part of
the proposed Parkera development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the installation of “No Parking” signs is authorized on both sides of 37th Place, within
the Parkera proposed development.
