Home My WebLink AboutPlanning Commission Minutes 09-15-20211 Approved Minutes September 15, 2021 Approved Minutes Planning Commission Meeting September 15, 2021 Chair Anderson called a Meeting of the Plymouth Planning Commission to order at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on September 15, 2021. COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chair Marc Anderson, Commissioners Michael Boo, Donovan Saba, David Witte, Julie Pointner, and Bryan Oakley. COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Commissioner Justin Markell STA FF PRESENT: Community Development Director Danette Parr, Senior Planner Shawn Drill, and Engineering Services Manager Chris McKenzie. Chair Anderson led the Pledge of Allegiance. Plymouth Forum Approval of Agenda Motion was made by Commissioner Oakley and seconded by Commissioner Witte to approve the agenda. With all Commissioners voting in favor, the motion carried. Consent Agenda (4.1) Planning Commission minutes from meeting held on August 18, 2021. (4.2) Site plan amendment for parking lot and loading area replacement, and a new entrance driveway at Wagner SprayTech, 1770 Fernbrook Lane (Sambatek, Inc – 2021059) Motion was made by Commissioner Witte and seconded by Commissioner Pointner to approve the Consent Agenda. With all Commissioners voting in favor, the motion carried. Public Hearings (5.1) Request for Rezoning and Preliminary Plat for property located at 4430 Vicksburg Lane (Charles Cudd Co. – 2021046) Chair Anderson stated that the applicant has requested a continuance of this matter to October 6, 2021. He stated that the public hearing will be opened and then continued. Chair Anderson opened the public hearing. 2 Approved Minutes September 15, 2021 Motion was made by Commissioner Oakley, and seconded by Commissioner Pointner, to keep the public hearing open and continue the request for rezoning and preliminary plat for 17 single- family lots, for property located at 4430 Vicksburg Lane until October 6, 2021 (Charles Cudd Co. – 2021046). With all Commissioners voting in favor, the motion carried. General Business Community Development Director Parr introduced herself and provided background information on her prior experience. She also provided an update on recent activities in the city and action by the city council. Chair Anderson adjourned the meeting at 7:15 p.m.
