R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-235
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING P OLICE O RDERED T OWING AND I MPOUND C ONTRACT
FOR 2021-2024
WHEREAS, the City’s current contract for towing and impoundment of vehicles expires
November 1, 2021; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to enter into a new three year contract with a qualified contractor
for police ordered towing and impoundment of vehicles; and
WHEREAS, the contract is at no cost to the City of Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth Automotive Inc. has met the City’s specifications for vehicle towing and
impound service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the vehicle towing and impound contract with Plymouth Automotive Inc. for the
period of November 1, 2021 through November 1, 2024 is approved and the Mayor and City Manager
are authorized to sign the contract.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of August, 2021.
