R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-232
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING E NCROACHMENT A GREEMENT FOR AN A THLETIC C OURT ON
P ROPERTY LOCATED AT 15985 55 TH A VENUE N ORTH
WHEREAS, a request was received to approve an encroachment agreement allowing an athletic
court within drainage easements at 15985 55th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the owner’s properties are legally described as:
Lot 28, Block 4, Spring Meadows Addition.
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the athletic court within the easements
and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and
WHEREAS, as stated in the encroachment agreement, if the City requests that the athletic court
needs to be removed in the future, it will be at the property owners’ expense.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the encroachment agreement allowing an athletic court within drainage easements at
15985 55th Avenue North is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 24th day of August, 2021.
