R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T OBACCO L ICENSE A PPLICATION FOR
S UPERVALU I NC. D/B/A C UB D ISCOUNT L IQUOR,
4445 N ATHAN L ANE
WHEREAS, Supervalu Inc. d/b/a Cub Discount Liquor, has submitted a tobacco license for Cub
Discount Liquor at 4445 Nathan Lane; and
WHEREAS, the license fee has been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the tobacco license application submitted by Supervalu Inc. for Cub Discount Liquor at
4445 Nathan Lane is approved for a license period to expire December 31, 2021.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day of August, 2021.
