R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-219
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A CQUISITION OF E ASEMENTS AT
12705 15 TH A VENUE FOR THE
2020 S TREET R ECONSTRUCTION P ROJECT (ST209001)
WHEREAS, the City requires permanent easements for construction of improvements with the
2020 Street Reconstruction Project (ST209001); and
WHEREAS, Richard Marple, is grantor “Owner” of real property located within the City of
Plymouth as legally described as that part of Lot 1, Block D, Plymouth Orchards, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, lying North of the South 312 feet thereof and lying East of the Westerly 142.5 feet thereof;
and
WHEREAS, the owner and seller have agreed to grant the City permanent easements over a
th
portion of the property located at 12705 15 Avenue legally described within the Grant of Permanent
Roadway, Drainage, and Utility Easements document (the “Easement”); and
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to pay the Owner $22,100.00 as compensation in full for their
granting the permanent easements. In addition, the City has also agreed to install new landscaping up to
$5,000 in total value.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the permanent easements and payment of $22,100.00 to the Owner are approved.
