Special Council Meeting
June 22, 2021
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. on June 22,
2021.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Carroll, McGregor, Roehl, Davis, and Willis.
Councilmember McGregor participated remotely.
ABSENT: Prom.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, City Engineer La Bounty, Public Works Director Thompson,
Community Development Director Juetten, Parks and Recreation Director Evans, Recreation Manager
Hemp, Economic Development Manager Parr, Public Safety Director Fadden, Fire Chief Coppa, DEI
Manager Human Resources Director Kone, DEI Coordinator Reed, and City Clerk Engdahl.
Budget Goals
City Manager Callister provided a budget overview for the 2022 budget. Staff discussed departmental
goals for 2022.
Future Study Sessions
Council scheduled the quarterly City Manager's update following the August 10 Regular Council meeting.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:53 p.m. /
