RESOLUTION NO. 2021-201
RESOLUTION APPROVING RECLASSIFICATION OF
LIQUOR LICENSE FOR OYAMA MN INC. D/B/A OYAMA,
4130 BERKSHIRE LANE NORTH, UNIT D
WHEREAS, Oyama MN Inc. d/b/a Oyama, 4130 Berkshire Lane North, Unit D, has requested to
change the classification of their liquor license from a combination wine and 3.2 on-sale license to an
on-sale intoxicating liquor with Sunday liquor; and
WHEREAS, the licensee has paid the pro-rated license fee for the new classification.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the reclassification of liquor license for Oyama MN Inc. d/b/a Oyama, 4130 Berkshire
Lane North, Unit D, is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 27th day of July, 2021.
