CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 2021-200
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM
PLYMOUTH CRIME AND FIRE PREVENTION FUND
WHEREAS, technology advances have allowed local government and public safety to acquire
unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) to support their day to day operations; and
WHEREAS, the Public Safety Department has identified new technology to improve effectiveness
of their UAV’s during deployments; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Crime and Fire Prevention Fund has donated $7,000 for the purchase
of an additional UAV.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the donation is accepted.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 27th day of July, 2021.
