Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 2021-199 CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2021-199 RESOLUTION APPROVING COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY WHEREAS, Hennepin County operates a local subsystem of the Regionwide Public Safety Radio Communications System; and WHEREAS, the Regionwide Public Safety Radio Communications System allows public safety staff to communicate with 911 operators and other public safety agencies; and WHEREAS, the ability for public safety staff to communicate with 911 operators and other public safety agencies is critical to performing their duties; and WHEREAS, the current communications system subscriber agreement with Hennepin County was last updated in 2002; and WHEREAS, the agreement has been updated to reflect the current public safety radio communications system. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the communications system subscriber agreement with Hennepin County is approved. APPROVED by the City Council on this 27th day of July, 2021.
