RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAMMATIC MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT AND CITY OF PLYMOUTH
FOR STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FACILITIES AND WETLAND BUFFERS
WHEREAS, the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District has developed an agreement to manage
stormwater management facilities and wetland buffers; and
WHEREAS, the agreement only applies to projects within the City that trigger Minnehaha Creek
Watershed District stormwater management rules; and
WHEREAS, the City is willing and able to maintain stormwater management facilities and
wetland buffers installed with projects; and
WHEREAS, the Programmatic Maintenance Agreement will only apply to City of Plymouth
projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Programmatic Maintenance Agreement with the Minnehaha Creek Watershed
District is approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement.
