R ESOLUTION A PPROVING THE F ILLING OF W ETLANDS
AND THE W ETLAND R EPLACEMENT P LAN A PPLICATION
FOR THE S INGLE-FAMILY D EVELOPMENT OF THE
F ORMER H OLLYDALE G OLF C OURSE S ITE LOCATED AT 4710 H OLLY L ANE
SW ¼ S ECTION 8, T118N, R22W
WHEREAS, Hollydale GC Development, Inc proposes to mitigate for wetland impacts associated
with the single-family development of the former Hollydale Golf Course site; and
WHEREAS, a replacement plan application was prepared replacing the wetland at a
minimum 2:1 ratio as required by the Wetland Conservation Act; and
WHEREAS, wetland mitigation for the single-family development of the former Hollydale
Golf Course site shall be in the form of 16,568 square feet (0.3804 acre) of wetland bank credits;
and
WHEREAS, the replacement plan meets the requirements of the Wetland Conservation Act.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the filling of wetlands and the Wetland Replacement Plan application for the single-
family development of the former Hollydale Golf Course site is approved and subject to the condition
that prior to wetland impacts, the developer shall submit a fully executed application for Withdrawal of
Wetland Credits from the Minnesota Wetland Bank.
