C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-188
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING P OSSESSION, S ALE, AND C ONSUMPTION OF I NTOXICATING
L IQUOR B EVERAGES AT THE H ILDE P ERFORMANCE C ENTER
WHEREAS, per Section 2005.13, Subd. C of the City Code, possession, sale, or consumption
of liquor at the Hilde Performance Center is prohibited unless authorized by Council resolution; and
WHEREAS, “Live at the Hilde” event has been scheduled for July 17-18, 2021 the Hilde
Performance Center; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth Lions Club would be issued a Temporary Intoxicating Liquor License for
this event.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that this event at the Hilde Performance Center on July 17-18, 2021,
which includes possession, sale, and consumption of intoxicating liquor, is authorized.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 22nd day of June, 2021.
