R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING C ONSULTING C ONTRACT WITH H OISINGTON K OEGLER G ROUP
I NC. FOR THE C OMPLETION OF THE C OUNTY R OAD 73 S MALL A REA P LAN
WHEREAS, on March 9, 2021, the City Council directed staff to prepare a Small Area Plan for the
County Road 73 area;
WHEREAS, in May 2021, the City Council further directed staff to prepare a Request for Proposal
and solicit proposals from area consultants to complete the County Road 73 Small Area Plan;
WHEREAS, staff prepared the Request For Proposal, solicited proposals, and received three
proposals from area consultant teams on June 11, 2021 and two consulting teams were interviewed on
June 14, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Community Development Director is authorized to prepare and enter into a
consulting contract with Hoisington Koegler Group Inc. to complete the County Road 73 Small Area Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the total project cost is $115,200 and the funding shall come
from 2020 general fund surplus funds.
