R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A MENDMENTS TO
P ARK F ACILITIES P OLICY, P LYMOUTH C OMMUNITY C ENTER
P OLICY, P LYMOUTH C OMMUNITY C ENTER Z ERO T OLERANCE P ROGRAM,
AND M ILLENNIUM G ARDEN P OLICY
WHEREAS, on annual basis, City staff reviews policies relating to various city parks facilities and
programs; and
WHEREAS, on June 10, 2021, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission recommended
amendments to the Park Facilities Policy, Plymouth Community Center Policy, Plymouth Community Center
Zero Tolerance Program, and Millennium Garden Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that amendments to the Park Facilities Policy, Plymouth Community Center Policy, Plymouth
Community Center Zero Tolerance Program, and Millennium Garden Policy are approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 22nd day of June, 2021.
