R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-178
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING E NCROACHMENT A GREEMENT
FOR A D IGITAL M ONUMENT S IGN ON P ROPERTY LOCATED AT
1605 C OUNTY R OAD 101 N ORTH
WHEREAS, Interfaith Outreach Partners, has requested the City approve an encroachment
agreement allowing a digital monument sign within drainage and utility easements at 1605 County Road
101 North; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described as:
Parcel ID No. 30-118-22-41-0050
Tract C, RLS 1301, according
to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota
(Torrens Property)
WHERAS, the Planned Unit Development Amendment to allow for this digital monument sign
was approved at the June 8, 2021 City Council Meeting per Resolution No 2021-166; and
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the digital monument sign within the
easements and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and
WHEREAS, as stated in the encroachment agreement, if the City requests that the sign needs to
be removed in the future, it will be at the property owners’ expense.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the encroachment agreement allowing a retaining wall within drainage and utility
easements located at 1605 County Road 101 North is approved.
