HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2021-177 C ITY OF P LYMOUTH R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-177 R ESOLUTION A PPROVING E NCROACHMENT A GREEMENT FOR R ETAINING W ALLS, D ECK, AND S TAIRS ON P ROPERTY LOCATED AT 4930 V ALLEY F ORGE L ANE N ORTH WHEREAS, a request was received to approve an encroachment agreement allowing retaining walls, a deck, and stairs within drainage easements at 4930 Valley Forge Lane North; and WHEREAS, the owner’s properties are legally described as: Lot 001, Block 004, Wild Wings Addition. WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the retaining walls, a deck, and stairs within the easements and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes; and WHEREAS, as stated in the encroachment agreement, if the City requests that the structures need to be removed in the future, it will be at the property owners’ expense. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the encroachment agreement allowing retaining walls, deck, and stairs within drainage easements at 4930 Valley Forge Lane North is approved.
