R ESOLUTION A PPROVING PUD A MENDMENT FOR ASI S IGNAGE I NNOVATIONS FOR
I NTERFAITH O UTREACH PUD FOR P ROPERTY L OCATED AT 1605 C OUNTY R OAD 101

WHEREAS, ASI Signage innovations has requested approval of a PUD (Planned Unit
Development) amendment for a monument sign to be placed closer to the lot line that what is allowed
for Interfaith Outreach located at 1605 County Road 101; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as Tract C, Registered Lane Survey
1301, files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public
hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the request by ASI Signage Innovations for a PUD amendment for the site
located at 1605 County Road 101 is approved, subject to the following conditions:
1. A PUD amendment for a sign setback reduction is approved in accordance with
the plans received by the City on March 19, 2021, with additional information
submitted on April 19, 2021, except as may be amended by this resolution.
2. All conditions of previous resolutions approving the Interfaith Outreach PUD and
any amendments relating to Interfaith Outreach shall remain in full force, except
as may be specifically amended by this resolution.
3. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall receive approval for an
encroachment agreement with the city.
4. Prior to commencement of the work, the applicant shall obtain the appropriate
permits from the Building Division, including a sign permit, and electrical permit.
