C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2021-149
R ESOLUTION A UTHORIZING P OSSESSION, S ALE, AND C ONSUMPTION OF I NTOXICATING
L IQUOR B EVERAGES AT THE H ILDE P ERFORMANCE C ENTER
WHEREAS, per Section 2005.13, Subd. C of the City Code, possession, sale, or consumption
of liquor at the Hilde Performance Center is prohibited unless authorized by Council resolution; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth Civic League is partnering with the City on “date night,” to be held on
June 17, 2021 at the Hilde Performance Center; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth Civic League would be issued a Temporary Intoxicating Liquor License
for this event; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth Civic League would receive a portion of proceeds which would
allocated towards the funding for the 50th anniversary celebration in 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that this event at the Hilde Performance Center on June 17, 2021 which includes
possession, sale, and consumption of intoxicating liquor is authorized.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 25th day of May, 2021.
