R ESOLUTION A PPOINTING C OMMUNICATIONS M ANAGER
E MILIE K ASTNER TO THE N ORTHWEST S UBURBAN C ABLE C OMMUNICATION
C OMMISSION AND N ORTHWEST S UBURBS C OMMUNITY A CCESS C ORPORATION
WHEREAS, on December 8, 2020, Council appointed previous Communications Manager Helen
LaFave to the Northwest Suburban Cable Communication Commission and Northwest Suburbs Community
Access Corporation; and
WHEREAS, Ms. LaFave retired in February 2021; and
WHEREAS, Emilie Kastner was recently appointed as the City’s Communications Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Communications Manager Emilie Kastner is appointed to the Northwest Suburban Cable
Communication Commission and Northwest Suburbs Community Access Corporation.
